About Us

Our church buildingThank you for taking the time to learn about our church family. As a church family we are seeking to lead lives that will allow others to come to know Jesus Christ in a personal way.  We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is going to return to earth, and that how we live our lives reflects on Him in either a positive or negative way.  With that in mind we seek to do the things that the Bible tells us; things that pleases Him.  If living a life pleasing to God is important to you, then we invite you to join us at Highline Seventh-day Adventist Church.  We are now worshipping in our new facility located at 21650 24th Ave. S. in Des Moines, Washington.  Our phone number is (206-878-1281)  Worship services start at 11:00AM every Saturday.  For those who like that in depth bible study, then Sabbath School is for you!  It starts at 9:30AM with a variety of classes, Adult, Young adult (for the young at heart), Youth (16 to 18) and Early Teen, Juniors (9-12), Primary (6-8) Pre-school (3-5) and Cradle Role (0-2).

About Seventh-day Adventists
Adventists believe a Trinity of three persons--the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, all working in harmony--make up one God. This Trinity made salvation possible when Jesus, the Son, came to earth as a baby in Bethlehem and lived a sinless life in accordance with the Father's will. When Jesus was crucified for the sins of the people of this world (that is us!) and arose from the dead on the third day, victory was won for everyone. More >>
